Hi, my name is Donna Markie and I’m a certified Human Resources Professional. With over 25 years of progressive experience in the human resources field, I’ve had the privilege of working in different HR capacities with exceptional colleagues, leaders, and mentors across many different businesses within small, mid-size and large, international Fortune 500 organizations. My experiences of working in union and non-union environments include aerospace, manufacturing, construction, energy, insurance, distribution, and legal, with demonstrated accomplishments in Strategic HR Planning, Process Improvement, Recruitment & Retention, and Employee Training & Development.
With my strong passion for HR, and my insatiable desire to share what I’ve learned along my journey, u-got-this, LLC, Human Resources Consulting was established. Designed to provide high-quality, tailored human resources services, u-got-this can serve as your staff HR resource, as a supplement to your existing human resources department, or to empower your supervisors with training for the non-HR professional.
